Welcome to the homepage of the KDE CIM Browser project.
The KDE CIM Browser is a KDE based frontend to management brokers using the CIM-XML protocol. The tool will be useful to view and modify CIM class hierarchies as well as instance and association structures.
The latest release of kim-browser is mainly a maintenance release.
One new feature is namespace browsing, which allows you to pick the namespace to navigate in once connected to a CIMOM.
In addition to this, some bugfixes have been incorporated and the visual appearance has been improved a bit.
After a much too long time, the latest version of the KDE CIM browser has been released.
The browser now makes use of the recently released OpenWBEM 3.0 API. Please make sure you have OpenWBEM 3.0 installed before trying to compile the browser.

The only tested CIMOM right now is the OpenWBEM CIMOM.
